Every plan starts with a demo, walked through against your own project, and we open your account from there. During an evaluation the Foundation capability set is available regardless of the plan selected; the full set unlocks on the first paid billing cycle. Custom deployment, integrations and dedicated support are scoped with our team.

While you build, you pay the development rate on your planned units. Go on to operate the building and, the day your project turns operational, your subscription is scheduled onto the paired CautaReside plan at the end of the billing period you already paid for; from then on you're billed on live units at the operational rate, with owner portals, service-charge billing, maintenance and the rest of the CautaReside suite. No migration, no re-onboarding. If you hand over and exit instead, you simply end your subscription.
